Last updated: March 19, 2026. These terms apply to all dumpster rental services provided by Kingdom Living Rolloff Services LLC.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a dumpster rental through Kingdom Living Rolloff Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Kingdom Living Rolloff Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), owned and operated by Jaron Smith in Van Buren, Arkansas.
2. Service Area
Kingdom Living Rolloff Services LLC provides dumpster rental services within a 25-mile radius of our base in Rudy, AR 72952. Our standard service area includes Crawford County and Sebastion County, including the cities of Van Buren, Alma, Mulberry, Greenwood, and Barling.
Deliveries beyond the 25-mile standard service radius are subject to a $3.00 per mile surcharge, calculated from the 25-mile boundary to the delivery address. Call (479) 279-3557 to confirm availability and mileage cost for addresses outside our standard area.
3. Rental Periods and Extensions
Standard rental periods are 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days, beginning on the date of delivery. The rental period includes the delivery day and the scheduled pickup day.
We also offer the Weekend Warrior Special — a Friday drop-off and Monday pickup option at a fixed rate. Weekend Warrior rentals are not eligible for extensions or swap-outs. See Section 9 for full Weekend Warrior terms.
For standard rentals, extensions are available at $25.00 per day. Contact us before your rental period ends to arrange an extension. Failure to notify us before your rental period expires may result in automatic extension charges at the daily rate.
4. Pricing and Payment
All quoted prices include delivery, pickup, and disposal of the included weight allowance (1 ton). Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. We do not add fees after the fact unless one of the following applies:
- The dumpster exceeds the included 1-ton weight allowance, in which case an overage rate of $0.05 per lb. applies. Weight is verified at a certified landfill scale and a scale ticket is provided to the Customer.
- The rental period is extended beyond the original booking at $25.00 per additional day.
- Prohibited items are found in the dumpster, requiring special handling, removal, or disposal.
- The delivery address is beyond the 25-mile standard service radius, subject to the $3.00 per mile fee.
- Tires are placed in the dumpster, which are accepted at an additional fee of $15.00 per tire.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
5. Weight Limits and Overage
Each dumpster rental includes 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal weight. Any weight exceeding the included allowance is billed at $0.05 per lb. Weight is determined at a certified landfill scale facility. We provide scale tickets to Customers on all overage billing so you can verify the exact weight charged. There are no estimated or rounded-up overage charges — you pay for what you put in, verified by the scale.
6. Prohibited Items
The following materials are strictly prohibited from all dumpsters:
- Shingles (roofing materials)
- Paint — liquid, oil-based, or flammable
- Motor oil and automotive fluids
- Flammable or ignitable liquids
- Batteries of any type (automotive, household, lithium, etc.)
- Ashes (hot or cold)
- Hazardous or toxic materials
- Dirt, gravel, brick, or stone
- Concrete or asphalt
- Human waste or sewage
- Dead animals
Tires are accepted at $15.00 per tire. All other prohibited items listed above will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If prohibited items are discovered in the dumpster, the Customer is responsible for all additional costs related to removal, handling, and disposal, including any landfill penalties, special haul fees, and labor charges. If you are unsure whether an item is accepted, call (479) 279-3557 before placing it in the dumpster.
7. Placement and Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing a clear, accessible location for dumpster placement. The placement area must be on a flat, stable surface such as a driveway, parking area, or compacted ground.
Kingdom Living Rolloff uses protective boards and Rolliskates under every dumpster on every delivery to minimize surface contact and reduce the risk of driveway damage. However, the Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces, or for damage caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control, including soft ground, subsurface voids, underground utilities, or extreme weather.
The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required for dumpster placement on public streets, rights-of-way, or other regulated areas. Kingdom Living Rolloff can advise on local requirements but does not obtain permits on the Customer’s behalf.
8. Loading Guidelines
All materials must be loaded inside the dumpster. Do not stack debris above the top rim of the container. Overloaded dumpsters cannot be safely transported and may require the Customer to remove excess material before pickup can occur.
Do not place materials around the outside of the dumpster. Any debris left outside the container at the time of pickup is the sole responsibility of the Customer and will not be removed by our driver.
9. Weekend Warrior Special
The Weekend Warrior Special is a fixed-rate rental that includes a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup. This option is available for both 15 yard and 20 yard dumpsters at a set price.
The following restrictions apply to all Weekend Warrior rentals:
- No swap-outs — the dumpster cannot be exchanged for a different size during the rental period.
- No extensions — the rental period cannot be extended past the Monday pickup date.
- The 1-ton weight allowance applies. Overage is billed at $0.05 per lb.
- All standard prohibited items and loading guidelines apply.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. If the dumpster has already been delivered, the standard rental rate for the selected period applies regardless of whether the dumpster was used.
11. Scheduling and Delivery
We offer same-day and next-day delivery throughout our service area, subject to availability. Delivery windows are approximate. While we make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe, delays caused by weather, road conditions, or equipment availability do not entitle the Customer to a refund or discount.
If no one is required to be present at delivery, the Customer must provide clear placement instructions when booking. Contactless delivery and pickup are available. Our driver will contact the Customer before arrival when possible.
12. Dumpster Condition
Every Kingdom Living Rolloff dumpster is washed and cleaned after each rental before being delivered to the next customer. You will receive a clean container on every delivery — this is a standard, not an exception. The Customer agrees not to paint, weld, cut, or otherwise modify the dumpster in any way. Any damage to the dumpster caused by misuse, overloading, placement of prohibited materials, or unauthorized modification is the financial responsibility of the Customer.
13. Damage and Liability
The Customer assumes responsibility for any damage to the dumpster caused by misuse, including but not limited to overloading, loading prohibited materials, moving the dumpster after placement, or unauthorized modifications to the container.
Kingdom Living Rolloff Services LLC carries general liability insurance and operates licensed and inspected equipment. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the rental in question.
14. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Living Rolloff Services LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Customer’s use of our services, including but not limited to injury to persons, property damage, or fines resulting from prohibited items placed in the dumpster or improper use of our equipment.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when these terms were last updated.
